Designed for Ski area and Snow Tubing area surface lifts with "J" hooks. These easily thread into our rental/commercial snowtube front 2 grommets.

The leash is made of heavy duty 1" wide nylon webbing, with loops on both ends. The leash finishes at 74" long. Total length with the 6" Load ring is 80".
